Spacecraft 3D

On Discovers iPads and iPods we have got a new app called spacecraft 3D. You need a special photo and the app, you tap on the one you want aim it at the photo and will come like this. By Noah.

We made some gloop out of water and cornflower. We did it inside, the teachers were not happy! By Noah.

The Student Council will be selling red noses this Friday for $2

Wednesday Art

Amy Blatch is offering 3 workshops for art tomorrow, one of which is tie-dyeing. If your child is interested in this they need to bring a plain white item of clothing or fabric to dye. Please make sure it is named.

ASB Maths Competition

This week is the ASB Maths Challenge. - 21st and 22nd of August

This challenge can be accessed through the Mathletics site. Look in the top right hand corner.

The King's Bubbles

Today in Science, we made bubbles!

Our job was to test 3 different dishwasher liquids and see which would make the best bubbles.

First, we made a prediction about what we thought would happen and why.

We need to stop littering. Noah,Alex,Izzy ,Annie,ollie B and Lachie found all this rubbish around the school, please don't  make us do this again. By Noah.

Milo

The student council will be selling Milo next Tuesday and Wednesday at morning tea time.  1 cup (250ml) of Milo will cost $1 and include marshmellows.  Students need to bring their own cup and $1 to the MPF at the beginning of morning tea time.  All money will go towards the CLARKVILLE KIWI :)
