Welcome back!
Our inquiry focus this term is "Our World" Today we looked at some clips of a renowned New Zealand inventor, or scientist, Sir Ray Avery.

Prior to viewing this we brainstormed what we though a scientist does. Believe it or not Sir Ray covered every point we had thought of! The holidays have sharpened minds.

Mufti Day
Mufti Day tomorrow (Friday 5 July) gold coin donation -no theme -so appropriate casual clothing please. Bring your gold coin to your team teachers to collect on behalf of the Student Council. Thanks!
There will be another coin collection tomorrow that Riley Inwood from Explore has organised for Child Cancer. He will use the coins to spell the word HOPE. They will be then given to the Child Cancer foundation to help bring hope for these children and their families.
